Flame Support Package, Annual Prepay


One (1) year of Flame support. This includes priority status on five hours of support, with a 24-hour response time. You will be matched with a dedicated engineers and will have the option of phone access.

Support issues generally include—but are not limited to—installation, compilation, builds for unique systems, debugging, ArrayFire feature development, and profiling.

The Annual Prepay option features a 20% discount on monthly price.
